Community Pediatrics has established walk-in hours to provide services to families and minimize absences from work and school.
How to use Walk-in Hours
Just walk in between the times noted and your child will be taken on a first come first served basis. No appointment is necessary.
Types of Problems for Walk-in
Walk-in is reserved for acute illness, for example colds, coughs, sore throats, minor injuries, fevers, acute asthma attacks etc.
Types of problems for Scheduled Appointments
Physicals, follow-ups, school problems or chronic problems: for example chronic headaches or abdominal pain. These issues require longer periods of time and are best address in a scheduled appointment. Also you may schedule same day sick appointments. The triage person will help you if you are not sure or just need advice.
